Before You Request Deletion

After verification, NSPSConnect may delete or deactivate your member app account and remove personal information that is no longer required for service, legal, financial, audit, academic or official society-administration purposes.

Some official records, such as receipts, certificates, payment references, membership history and administrative correspondence, may be retained where required.
Chat or status content may be removed or anonymized where technically and administratively possible.
You may be contacted by support to confirm your identity before deletion is processed.
