Registration Procedure

Registration Procedure

Step 1:
To begin the registration process, click on the Register button below. Fill in your personal details, including your title, complete name, email address, and phone number. If you are a registered member of the NSPS, please submit your abstract through your portal account.

Step 2:
Next, pay the abstract submission fee of 5000 Naira or 20 USD. Upon successful payment, you will be redirected to the abstract submission page. On this page, enter your abstract title, upload your abstract file in PDF format, enter your affiliation, and list the names of your co-authors (without titles, e.g., M. S. Shun). Click the submit abstract button, keeping in mind that this process may take up to 30 seconds depending on your internet connectivity.

Step 3:
After submitting your abstract, check your email for an acknowledgment message. You will receive a review and notification of acceptance within 5 days. Once your abstract is accepted, log in to the portal again to pay the conference registration fee.

Please note that all payments must be made through the portal. If you encounter any difficulties, do not hesitate to send an email to info@nsps.org.ng, and you will receive a response within 24 hours.

As the conference date approaches, our team is working tirelessly to ensure that every detail is meticulously planned and executed.

The conference programme is arranged to support arrival, formal opening, plenary sessions, technical presentations, networking, and departure activities.

Delegates arrive, complete accreditation, receive conference materials, and connect with participants before the formal sessions begin.

Opening & Plenary Sessions

Formal opening, keynote engagement, plenary presentations, and networking.

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM

The conference formally opens with welcome remarks from the host institution, goodwill messages, and the keynote address.

10:30 AM - 12:00 PM

A high-level scholarly session focused on the conference theme, featuring expert insights, research perspectives, and interactive discussion.

5:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Participants connect with colleagues, presenters, institutional representatives, and potential collaborators in a relaxed professional setting.

Day 03

Thematic & Technical Sessions

Focused scientific sessions, workshops, refreshment break, and technical presentations.

8:30 AM - 11:30 AM

In-depth technical presentations and focused discussions organized around key thematic areas within the conference scope.

11:30 AM - 12:30 PM

A short refreshment break for informal interaction, networking, and movement between technical sessions.

12:30 PM - 3:30 PM

Continuation of technical presentations, poster interactions, and knowledge exchange across selected scientific tracks.

Day 04

Advanced Sessions & Informal Meetings

Further technical engagement, coffee break, and guided informal meet-ups.

8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Additional technical presentations and collaborative discussions designed to deepen engagement with current research themes.

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM

A brief refreshment interval before the concluding sessions and informal professional engagements.

3:30 PM - 4:30 PM

Delegates may participate in informal discussions, institutional visits, mentoring conversations, or local exploration.

Day 05

Departure

Checkout, travel assistance, and departure from the host institution.

All Day

Participants check out and depart from the conference venue. Transport guidance and assistance may be provided where available.
