Registration Procedure

Registration Procedure

Step 1:
To begin the registration process, click on the Register button below. Fill in your personal details, including your title, complete name, email address, and phone number. If you are a registered member of the NSPS, please submit your abstract through your portal account.

Step 2:
Next, pay the abstract submission fee of 5000 Naira or 25 USD. Upon successful payment, you will be redirected to the abstract submission page. On this page, enter your abstract title, upload your abstract file in PDF format, enter your affiliation, and list the names of your co-authors (without titles, e.g., M. S. Shun). Click the submit abstract button, keeping in mind that this process may take up to 30 seconds depending on your internet connectivity.

Step 3:
After submitting your abstract, check your email for an acknowledgment message. You will receive a review and notification of acceptance within 5 days. Once your abstract is accepted, log in to the portal again to pay the conference registration fee.

Please note that all payments must be made through the portal. If you encounter any difficulties, do not hesitate to send an email to info@nsps.org.ng, and you will receive a response within 24 hours.
